How to Turn Off Facebook Post Language Translator

The Facebook Translator is a tool created exclusively for the "Pages" section of the social media website. The translator allows public posts for business, brand and other pages to automatically translate posts and information into the default language of the person that reads it. In some cases the translations may not work properly.

When this occurs or if you prefer a single language, you can easily disable the Facebook Translator and keep your Page at the default language.

1. Log in to the Facebook account you use to administer the page. Even if you did not create the Page, any listed administrator can adjust the settings.

2. Click on the Page from the list on the right side. You can also search for the Page using the "Search" tool at the top of the screen.

3. Click on the "Settings" icon in the top-right corner of your Page to load the settings options on the screen.

4. Scroll down until you see the "Bing Translator" options.

5. Click on the box next to "Disable"

6. Select "Apply Changes" to remove the automatic translation from your Page posts from now on.
